Forgotten Space, RIBA
The site lies within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, adjacent to Blackwall DLR station and at the centre of a roundabout junction of five road
The proposals will open up the site, creating a new public open space and nature conservation area, supporting a variety of birds, insects, and other wildlife.
The place is to create a key green link across the Aspen Way with the aim of establishing the site as a new SINC. This will be achieved through a variety of proposed bird boxes, vertical sculptural bird feeders and native tree and shrub planting.
